about Paone's Blackhawk Lanes
Here it is
Paone’s Blackhawk
Lanes, Inc. was originally built in
1959 by Wilfred “Coo” and Donna Glick and consisted of
eight lanes (now lanes 13 through 20). In 1961, the Glick’s
expanded the facility by adding twelve more lanes (1 -
12). And in August of 1981, Tony Paone purchased the
center and has continued to improve and update the
condition and quality of the facility with many
renovations and improvements. In October 2005, T.J.
Paone purchased the center and became the new owner.
Thus keeping the center in the family and continuing the
long standing tradition of making this one of the
highest regarded centers in the area. Since this time,
he has made continuous improvements and enhancements to
the center. Installing one of the first installations of
the Steltronic Vision scoring system in the world, with
42-inch LCD monitors, installed the cosmic bowling
experience, new TVs, remodeled the pro shop, added party
and banquet facilities, as well as many other
improvements along the way.
